Thank you for shopping at Cazzu – Official Merch! Every item is limited edition and made with care. Please review our shipping policy to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Pre-order & In-Stock Items
- Pre-order items (Latinaje 2026–2027 collection): made to order. Pre-orders ship starting December 5, within 3–5 business days after the release date.
- In-stock items (2026 Tour Merch): ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.
- Mixed orders: if your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order ships together once the pre-order items are ready.
- Delays: because our merch is produced in limited runs, unexpected delays may occasionally occur. We will always keep you updated by email.
2. Shipping Rates
- United States: $9.99 for orders up to 2 lb, $15.99 for heavier orders.
- International: calculated at checkout (DHL Express / FedEx).
3. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
4. International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination.
- Customs, duties & taxes: customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties or import taxes in their country.
- Customs issues: Cazzu – Official Merch is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the recipient.
- Returned packages: if a package is returned to us due to customs issues, refusal or failed delivery, we can reship it once the customer pays the new shipping cost.
